2024 L&D Leadership Summit (Sydney)

10th & 11th September
ICC, Sydney

Learning and development is an important business investment in shaping the next-gen workplace, more so in the challenging social and economic landscape. The responsibility of building a continuous learning culture that promotes knowledge and experience sharing, creativity, and acquiring new skills is more crucial than ever. This requires L&D leaders to navigate the changing workforce dynamics, and transform the way people learn, unlearn, reskill, and upskill to solve unique problems faced by their organisations and the community that they serve. Additionally, L&D leaders play a vital role in preparing employees for the changing world of work, in which various factors such as ESG, the potential of AI on jobs and skills, and other social, economic and legislative conditions must be considered to deliver relevant learning and development strategies.

The 2024 Learning and Development Leadership Summit (Sydney) will strongly emphasise the importance of navigating complexity through the L&OD lens and building a more resilient workplace, where continuous learning is a business investment that shapes the next-generation workplace. We invite L&D practitioners to share their insights and highlight what has transpired in their organisations and sectors, and what is on the horizon as we shape a healthy learning ecosystem collaboratively.
